About the Author: Mickey Trescott, MSc.

With over a decade leading the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) movement, Mickey is a trusted voice in nutrition, allergen-free cooking, and autoimmune health.

She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and has been coaching clients in AIP implementation since 2013. She is the founder of Autoimmune Wellness, co-creator of the AIP Certified Coach Practitioner Training Program—which has trained more than 1,000 providers worldwide—and has collaborated with researchers studying AIP in conditions including inflammatory bowel disease, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis.

As host of The Autoimmune Wellness Podcast and author of four award-winning and best-selling books, she has helped shape AIP into a research-supported, globally recognized approach.
